Ingredients 

Filling2 cups pumpkin

2 eggs

2 cups milk

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. allspice

½ tsp. ginger

1 cup icing sugar 

Method 

Line a pie dish with the pastry. Mix pumpkin with milk and sugar, beaten egg, salt, spices and beat for 2-3 minutes. Pour into pie and place in hot oven for 15 minutes then reduce heat and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
