Aunt May’s No Pepper Seasoning

Aunt May’s No Pepper Seasoning is specially recommended for children or anyone who does not use or tolerate the heat of the hot pepper but still enjoy the true Caribbean flavour.

Aunt May’s No Pepper Seasoning can be used to add flavour in your minced meats whether it be chicken, beef or turkey to make juicy hamburgers.

Hamburger Recipe
1 pinch of Salt
1 lb of Ground Minced Meat
2 tbsp Aunt May’s No Pepper Seasoning
1 well whisked egg.
 
Mix No Pepper Seasoning into minced meat evenly.
Dip portions of minced meat into the whisked egg for binding.
Place portions of minced meat in the shape of hamburgers into an oven safe dish or pan cover with lid or foil paper.
Place dish or pan in oven which was preheated at 350 degrees to cook for 10 minutes, garnished with onions to give hamburgers a more enhancing and juicy flavour.
