How to Marinade Meats with Aunt May’s Chop Seasoning
3 tbsp of Aunt May’s Chop Seasoning
1 tbsp of Cooking Oil
2 lbs of any meat of your choice
Make small cuts into the meat or fish about two inches in length.
Rub a small mixture of Aunt May’s Seasoning and cooking oil into cuts of meat, rub remaining seasoning over the meat or fish.
Cover meat or fish, then place in the lower part of the refrigerator to marinade for 10-12 hours - finally cooking as you desire then enjoy the flavour.
