Aunt May’s Bajan Yellow Pepper Sauce

Aunt May’s Bajan Yellow Pepper Sauce is a very unique sauce with a strong mustard flavor and made from hot scotch bonnet peppers.  Aunt May’s Yellow Pepper Sauce adds great flavor to any dish such as salad dressings, meats, fish, hot dogs and also sandwiches.

Salad Dressing Recipe

2 tbsp of Aunt May’s Bajan Yellow Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp of Mayonnaise
1 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Sugar
4 oz Water

Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl.
Serve with most salads whether cooked or fresh.
